Orders and Shipping
How long does it take for me to receive my order?
All orders are shipped out using either Priority Mail or First Class Mail. After your order has been shipped, it will take anywhere from 3-8 business days, depending on your location. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information.
How do I change my shipping address?
You can create Shipping Address in My Account Page or Contact Us if the order is already placed with us – support@kratomdesire.com, Same Business Day before the order is shipped.
How do I track the status of my order?
You can track from tracking number provided on your email after the order is shipped. we will send you email confirmation tracking number on the email provided to us when you placed or created an order. You can track from My Account page in Orders
Will you keep my credit card information on file?
No. we dont save or store your credit card info.
Will my items come in one package?
Yes if the order is placed in one order.

What is your returns policy?
Please refer to our refund and return policy.
I received the wrong item
If you receive a wrong item or wrong order we will replace it and send you a return label at No Charge to you.
My order arrived damaged
If you receive a damaged product please take a picture and send it to us through email – support@kratomdesire.com same business day.
Where should I mail my authorized return?
We use the USPS shipping facility currently and we will guide you on every step of the return process to help you with your return.

What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?

Can I change or cancel an order after I’ve submitted it?

Can I pre-order an item that is sold out?
Yes if the item is on backorder or pre order.
